Being relatively new to Flagstaff and buying my first home here, I needed someone for a home inspection who knew the area, was professional and would guide me through what needed to be done. Tim, did not disappoint! He walked me through everything that need corrections, explained in great detail the issue, and if not certain offered to provide referrals to people who were experts. Tim is an excellent home inspector. During our inspection period he noticed a leak in the master bath that he attributed to a crack in the shower pan. Two other contractors thought it was another source, glad we listened to Tim! Super nice guy too.
Very easy to work with. Inspection and report was completed all within a few days of contacting Tim. Would recommend. Made that part of our home buying process easy and informative.
